Guiding Principles

In my journey towards a more happy, healthy and enriching life, I will endeavour to:

  • Nurture relationships that contribute to my emotional well-being and mental strength
  • Recognize and encourage my own growth, acknowledging and celebrating my achievements, and accepting, without judgement, the challenges I cannot overcome 
  • Act as a loving, nourishing and protective guardian of my body and my physical health.
